Bringing Christmas joy to local children—one tag at a time.

As we enter the season of hope, St. Joseph University Parish is once again sponsoring our Angel Tree to bless children in our community with Christmas gifts. This year’s Angel Tree supports children served by Family Promise of WNY, Journey’s End Refugee Services, St. Vincent de Paul, NativityMiguel Middle School, and our own parish school.

How it works

  1. Choose an angel tag
Visit the Angel Tree in the Community Room before or after Mass on the weekends of November 22–23 and November 29–30.

  2. Note your tag
Write your name and tag number on the clipboard by the tree so we can track every child’s gift.

  3. Shop with love
Each tag includes gift ideas tailored to that child’s age and needs.

  4. Return your gift
Bring your donation in an unwrapped gift bag (tag attached) before or after Mass on December 6–7 or December 13–14.

Key dates at a glance

  • Pick up a tag: Nov 22–23 or 29–30 (Community Room, before/after Mass)

  • Return gifts: Dec 6–7 or 13–14 (unwrapped, in a gift bag, tag attached)

Tips & reminders

  • Please keep gifts new and age-appropriate.

  • Attach the original tag to the bag so we can match each child correctly.

  • If you’re unable to shop, consider partnering with a friend or small group to adopt a tag together.

Why it matters

Your generosity offers more than a present—it offers dignity, warmth, and hope to a child and family during the holidays. Thank you for being the hands and heart of Christ in our neighborhood.
