Every Thursday at 5:30 PM (starting June 27th) outdoors (weather permitting) or in the St. Joe’s University Community Room
Yoga for the Heart lead by Keaton. The class is led by a certified instructor that teaches a 1-hour Vinyasa or Yin flow. Providing variations, visual demonstrations, and verbal cuing into stretches – this class is a benefit to all. Keaton provides a harmonious, open, and welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels and is a UB Alumni. Yoga blocks will be provided. We recommend bringing a yoga mat, water, and anything else you may need. All ages and experience levels welcome!
